Return & Exchange Policy:

Please carefully inspect the product in the presence of the delivery representative before accepting the order. If there is any issue with the product, the customer has the right to request an exchange or return immediately while the delivery representative is still present.

After the delivery representative leaves and the order has been received, exchange or return requests cannot be accepted except in the case of a proven manufacturing defect.
